- Manage all of the company’s accounting and financial activities
- Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, taxes, and tax obligations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and performance reports
- Perform monthly and annual closings, including adjusting entries and inventory counts
- Analyze project profitability, KPIs, and financial ratios, and recommend optimization strategies
- Collaborate with management and the external accountant to develop financial strategy
- Optimize financial and administrative processes and the use of the ERP system
- Supervise the work of the administrative assistant
